You should ask this question under Cincinnati since it is placed under Detroit. Also, you should ask "What jobs are available for a 14 year old in Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area?"
Reply:You would have to get a work permit from school and your parents, but I almost don't think it is legal for a 14 year old to work in the USA.
You could take out trash, shovel snow, etc for elderly neighbors...salt their walks, fetch their mail...etc....
